Our Before Care (BCP) and After Care (ACP) service is to assist families with childcare in a safe and caring environment for continued learning and fun time. To provide the best possible program, we need our families to follow and agree to our policies and procedures. Please read the information below.
Registration
Please complete the registration form through Google form. All information must be completed to be accepted in the program.
There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee per academic school year, per family. For initial enrollment, please submit the registration form and pay the $30 registration fee through MyPaymentsPlus. Zelle payments are no longer accepted.
Schedule
BCP is available at 7:15 each day until students are released to their classes. Students may eat their breakfast from home, finish homework, study, read or participate in an activity organized by the Before Care Leader.
ACP will begin right after carpool and ends at 5:50 pm. Each day students will have outdoor time (weather permitting), homework time, snack time, and other activities such as crafts and games. Students will also have individual time (reading, relaxation, etc.). We do not offer tutoring services, but staff will encourage students to complete their homework and will try to answer general questions.
Payment
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month through MyPaymentsPlus for the previous month’s usage. Payments are due by the 5th, and a late fee of $25 will apply if not paid on time.
