Steps to Complete Before Volunteering in the Classroom
Dear Classroom Volunteers,
Thank you for your willingness to assist in our classrooms and support our students. Your dedication and time are truly invaluable to our school community.
Before You Begin
It is mandatory to complete the following steps:
- Submit the YHALE Volunteer Safety Information Form
- Complete the required volunteer training:
- Upload proof of your Mandated Reporter Training
- Upload proof of your FERPA Training
- Submit both documents to the shared drive
Why These Steps Matter
These requirements help ensure that all volunteers are fully prepared
and that we maintain a safe, supportive environment for our students and staff.
