The YHALE Board of Directors is the governing body of the School and oversees the effective execution of the mission through the school’s programs and operations by setting budgets and designing policy as well as determining short and long term objectives.
Unless otherwise posted, the Governing Board meets, virtually on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30pm, the public is invited to attend. The link to the meeting is

Public comment is welcome at all board meetings. To review YHALE’s public comment policy and register for public comment please click here. Registration for public comment will close 30 minutes prior to the board meeting.
The Board meeting agenda will be published prior to the scheduled meeting. Draft minutes are published after each meeting. Final minutes are approved at the subsequent month’s meeting and will be published after they are signed.
