Ms. Sarah Friedman has been teaching in public and private schools for many years. She has a B.A. in Early childhood Education and a M.Ed. in Reading, Language and Literacy. Sarah loves to make games, books and activities for the students. She is committed to facilitating students’ literacy skills.

When she is not in the classroom, she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, or doing crafts. 

Mrs. Kito Goins has a Bachelors Degree in Education from California State University, with a specialty in Early Childhood Education. She has 28 years teaching experience, and earned many continuing education credit hours. She served in several leadership roles in Louisiana, which is her birthplace. She also happens to be a passionate advocate for children’s rights in education.

Ms. Chelsie Richards has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University, with an ESOL endorsement. She has 6 years teaching experience, and has worked with preschool aged children up to high school students. She is passionate towards building community and confidence through education. Ms. Richards is currently pursuing a Master’s  Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southern University.

Aside from teaching, she loves scrap-booking, karaoke, and cooking. Some things that bring her joy are playing with her dog, bonding with her family, and traveling.

Ms. Junghee Yun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education and Early Childhood Education from Korea and also holds a Montessori certification. Ms. Yun taught at the high school evel  in Korea for 7 years and served as former Director of the Children’s Department at a local Korean church for 5 years.  When Ms. Jun moved to United States, she taught at a Montessori private school for 3 years and a Korean weekend school for 6 years before joining YHALE. She is now in her 12th year of education. 

Mr. Taibin Xiong holds a Master’s in TESOL and World Language Education from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from China. He is originally from Henan, China. He is deeply passionate about working with children, finding great joy in witnessing their growth and development. With two years of experience working with kindergarteners, he is excited to join the YHALE family.

Mr. Xiong enjoys music and sports, attending concerts, browsing in CD stores, and staying active at various sports venues outside of the classroom.

Ms. Weiwei  Zhao earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the U.S. and Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature Education from China. Besides teaching, she loves hanging out with her family and friends and volunteering in the community whenever she can. It is her 2nd year at YHALE. She is appreciative of having this school’s great kids and awesome adults in her life.
