
Ms. Sarah Stence serves as YHALE’s Literacy Support Teacher She has a passion for helping all children reach their potential and she loves to challenge students to be curious and take guided risks when learning. She loves the community she has here: the best coworkers and administrators one could ask for, and by far the brightest and most enthusiastic students in our classrooms. She feels very fortunate and grateful every day she comes to work!

Mrs. Dianna Lambert grew up a military “brat,” living in three countries before graduating high school. She later earned her degree in Criminology from Florida State University and began her career in law enforcement. After relocating to Cumming, Georgia in 2000, Dianna took time to focus on raising her two sons before re-entering the workforce as a Victim Advocate with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, providing critical support to families in crisis.
Her dedication to family advocacy continued as she served as Chair of the Forsyth County Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board (2009–2011), collaborating with community agencies to raise awareness of domestic violence. She also became a certified Child Forensic Interviewer and worked with a local nonprofit to support safe, court-ordered child visitations. From 2016–2022, Dianna served as an Intake Coordinator at a family law firm.
Now serving as a paraprofessional at YHALE since 2023, Dianna is excited to support students and help create a positive, engaging English language experience. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two sons, singing in her church choir, and cheering on the Braves.

Mrs. Theodora Weber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Georgia College and State University and Master’s Degree from Georgia State University. This is Mrs. Weber’s second year as a member of the YHALE team.
She was born in Bulgaria but currently resides in Duluth with her husband and two daughters. Ms. Weber is passionate about traveling, languages, and learning.

Ms. Charu Dhingra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Education from India. With a deep passion for fostering a love of learning, Ms. Dhingra is currently furthering her studies in Early Childhood Education. With over 7 years of experience in the classroom, she has worked with students from preschool to elementary school. Her diverse teaching background allows her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they build a solid foundation for academic success.
Outside of work, Ms. Dhingra is deeply passionate about cooking and arts and crafts, as she believes that engaging in creative activities is a powerful way to inspire her students.

Ms. Zhiyao Zhao brings two decades of diverse teaching experience from China to her current home in the United States, where she has lived for 10 years. A certified teacher in China with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature Education, her career spans instruction from kindergarten through high school. This broad exposure enables her to expertly adapt her pedagogical approach to cater to the specific learning styles and requirements of each student. Ms. Zhao fosters a positive classroom environment, often drawing upon her enthusiasm for singing, dancing, and cooking to build rapport and make learning enjoyable. Her primary goal is to equip every student with a solid academic foundation and instill a lasting love for learning.

Ms. Soonyoung Park earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare in Korea. She also majored in Youth Coaching and Counseling and minored in Korean Language Education, holding a Korean language teaching certificate. With over 10 years of teaching experience, she has worked with students from early childhood through middle school. She also taught gifted students and contributed to the development of educational materials. She is passionate about
understanding each student’s unique strengths and adapting her teaching to meet their individual needs. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where all students can thrive.

Mrs. Huan Huan Hao (Grace) was born in China and studied pre-law at ZhengZhou University of Aeronautics in China. She moved to Atlanta in 2016 with her husband, and she worked as a legal administrator in a personal injury law firm. After her son was born in 2019, she worked for a school in the Atlanta area where she developed a passion for early childhood education. She is looking forward to learning and growing as a person and educator at YHALE!
