Mrs. Maziarz has been teaching at YHALE since we first opened our doors. Previously she was a GA Pre-K teacher in both and private and public schools. She also worked as an Early Literacy & STEM enrichment teacher at a preschool and eventually became the classroom director for three years. Mrs. Maziarz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University and recently completed an ESOL endorsement program.
She lives in Duluth with her husband and two children. They have lived in this area since 2012, previously living in South Georgia and Maine. Mrs. Maziarz enjoys singing, dancing and crafting..all the best parts of Kindergarten!
Mrs. Kito Goins has a Bachelors degree in Education from California State University, with a speciality in Early Childhood Education. She has 28 years teaching experience, and earned many continuing education credit hours. She served in several leadership roles in Louisiana, which is her Birthplace. She also happens to be a passionate advocate for children’s rights in education.
Ms. Chelsie Richards has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University, with an ESOL endorsement. She has 6 years teaching experience, and has worked with preschool aged children up to high school students. She is passionate towards building community and confidence through education. Ms. Richards is working on her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southern University.
Aside from teaching, she loves scrap-booking, karaoke, and cooking. Some things that bring her joy are playing with her dog, bonding with her family, and traveling.
Ms. Yun holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian education and early childhood education from Korea, and also have a Montessori certification. I taught at a high school in Korea for 7 years, and worked as the director of the children’s department in a Korean church for 5 years. When I came to the United States, I taught at a Montessori private school for 3 years, a Korean weekend school for 6 years, and I taught at YHALE last year. I am excited to join the YHALE staff for my 12th year in education.
Mr. Xiong holds a Master’s in TESOL and World Language Education from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from China. He is originally from Henan, China. He is deeply passionate about working with children, finding great joy in witnessing their growth and development. With two years of experience working with kindergarteners, he is excited to join the YHALE family.
Mr. Xiong enjoys music and sports; you may spot him at concerts, browsing in CD stores, or staying active at various sports venues outside of the classroom.
Ms. Weiwei earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the U.S. and Bachelors in Chinese Language and Literature Education from China. Besides teaching , she loves hanging out with her family & friends and volunteering in the community whenever she can. It is her 2nd year at YHALE. She is appreciative of having this school’s great kids and awesome adults in her life.
