Mr. Chung earned his Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature with a minor in Middle School Education from Soochow University. He came to the University of Georgia where he received his Master of Education in TESOL and World Language Education in 2007. After starting his career as a teacher, he felt drawn to school leadership in order to make a more direct impact on students’ educational experiences. He further pursued and obtained his Gifted Education endorsement and Educational Leadership certification from the University of West Georgia in 2022.
Mr. Chung began his education career with an APS charter school as a Chinese teacher. During his 16 years tenure, he served various roles in different capacities to help the school grow, develop and thrive. He also dedicated himself to lead and support his teaching community, and served on the board of two world language organizations. He enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to maximize learning opportunities for the students we serve.

Dr. Connie Le earned her Doctorate degree in Education Leadership in Curriculum instruction and certified in leadership from Walden University . She received her Master’s and Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Brenau University. She has 22 years of educational experience. She is also PYP certified in International Baccalaureate (IB PYP).She has five years of International overseas teaching as well as leadership experience in Dual Immersion language schools. She has traveled to more than 24 countries. She has lived in China and Mexico. She joined YHALE in July 2022 as a MTSS and curriculum coordinator.
She enjoys traveling, yoga, Atlanta United, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Mrs. Park earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She later pursued a Master of Arts in K-8 Elementary Education from Lee University and an Education Specialist in Instructional Leadership from Argosy University. She will continue her education at the University of North Georgia.
Mrs. Park has 22 years of educational experience in both Tennessee and Georgia. Her phenomenal efforts to improve student achievement promoted her to several school leadership roles, including American’s Choice Writing Coach, Instructional Coach, and Instructional Data Specialist. She is very passionate about simplifying data in a meaningful way that helps others to discover its true story.
A former Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Park has maintained a steadfast dedication to teacher training centered on effective use of formative and summative data. She comes to YHALE from Spelman College, where she served as the College’s Research Data Manager. In this role, Mrs. Park designed and published the College’s Digital Fact Book and served as the data warehouse administrator.
Mrs. Park is devoted to professional development and collaborative planning with colleagues to design action plans and execute SMART goals. She enjoys grilling, watching college football, and spending time with her family.
Susan P George earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Florida State University. She as taught in public, private and charter schools. Her other work experience includes working as director of a non-profit organization, managing a family business, and serving as director of a preschool. Ms. George is a 7th degree practitioner and master in Taekwondo, and teaches a few classes a week.
She enjoys all types of physical activities, visiting farmer’s markets, and attending cultural events.
Ms. Suchada earned her Master’s degree in Taxation from Georgia State University and MBA from Mercer University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business information System from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2015 she completed the Charter Schools Financial Management Certification Program and in 2019 completed the Level I Local Government Financial Management Program. She is also a certified teacher in Mathematics and has taught in the classroom. She recently moved to Johns Creek and joined YHALE in July 2022. She has more than 10 years of experience working with the charter school system in the role of finance/HR.
She loves to exercise and rides her e-bicycle with her family on the weekends. She often visits bubble tea/dessert shops to add happiness to her life.
 Ms. Jovan Weatherly brings 20 years of educational experience with 17 of those focused on students with special needs. She earned her Bachelors of Arts from Howard University and started her career as an art teacher in Dekalb County Schools. After working closely with a very special student, she was inspired to hone in on her passion for making learning accessible to all, and completed her special education certification at Georgia State University.
Before becoming a director, Ms. Weatherly worked as a paraprofessional and later as a teacher across classroom settings and content areas. She is certified both in special education general curriculum and in math, reading, science and social studies content areas for small group and resource instruction. Known for her compassionate and conscientious collaboration, Ms. Weatherly has facilitated professional development sessions on co-teaching and compliance to school and state level staff and leaders over the years. During the 2023 Kennesaw State University ES oh OL Conference she presented a mini-training on dual identified students.
Ms. Weatherly is passionate about unifying educators and families around learning solutions that meet and honor students with disabilities where they are while pushing them to their full potential. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones.
With over two decades of comprehensive Human Resources experience, Susan Williams is a highly respected HR professional specializing in the non-profit and educational sectors. Her 20-year background encompasses onboarding/offboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, benefits and leave administration, GaPSC Certification, CPI State Reporting, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compliance.
For the past thirteen years, she has served as a Director of Human Resources and HR Consultant for charter schools across Georgia and Michigan, with a strong track record in HR strategic planning, department setup and revitalization, and complex turnaround assignments. In 2019, Susan founded the first leadership training program at Georgia Cyber Academy, focusing on developing essential soft skills. Her consulting work with charter schools has uncovered and addressed HR gaps, resulting in increased T&E (Training and Experience) funding. In 2021, she launched HR Unlimited Consulting LLC, offering HR solutions across Georgia.
Susan also formed “The Community” with Ivy Preparatory Academies to bridge communication between the School Board and employees. This aided in enhancing employee relations and engagement through events like the Chili Cook-off and Holiday Bake-off. Leaders within this initiative contributed to a 2018 compensation study that led to salary increases for teachers.
Committed to integrity and fairness, Susan is known for balancing organizational goals with employee well-being, making her a trusted advisor to school leaders and a strong advocate for employees. Beyond her professional roles, she has mentored and provided spiritual guidance for over fifteen years and directed The Ladies of Elegance Mentoring Program, teaching charm and etiquette to girls in grades K-12.
